Our Code Of Conduct
I promise to be the best instructor I can be by:-
- Keeping in touch with the latest teaching techniques and DVSA updates
- Not being late
- Not allowing myself to be overworked and stressed
- Supporting my students with timely communication and responses and making comprehensive notes on lessons
- Providing high-quality resource appropriate to each student
- Providing clarity on pricing
- Giving good feedback and addressing any issues or problems as quickly as possible
- Helping you be the best by identifying your strengths and weaknesses
- Always looking at the bigger picture and how your driving goals fit into that
- Remaining open to feedback and constructive criticism (I’m not perfect, but I try to be!)
- Answering all questions as best I can
We’ll be the perfect partnership if you:-
- Are committed to learning
- Ask questions – because I don’t mind-read! Your questions help me know what you do and do not know and understand
- Reading, watching and studying between lessons. The resource is available so do use it to your advantage
- Ensure you’re alert and in a fit state to learn
- Don’t waste our time and your money by being overly tired, over-emotional or *under the influence of drink or drugs
- Evaluate your actions. Help yourself (and me) to understand why you acted in a certain way so that we can address it and, where necessary, correct it
